A strictly photographic look at my trip to D23 Expo 2015 and Disneyland.Read More
Nightscape opened last night at Longwood Gardens in Kennett Square, PA and these photos do nothing to show off the experience. If you are in the Philadelphia area, you must check it out this summer. I'll definitely be back for more photos.
Oh and did I mention there is an exclusive Victory "Summer Zest" beer just for the event.
For the photo nerds, these were all shot hand held with the Zeiss Otus 55mm.
After nearly two weeks of being out of commission thanks to appendicitis, I figured it was time to get my ass off the couch and go do some more shooting. So I hit up my friend Katie and we went to my favorite spot, Hopewell Furnace National Park. Couldn't have been a more perfect day and the photos couldn't have come out any better.
The ultimate reason why I had the Otus 85 out on rental from BorrowLenses was to shoot some family portraits for my mom (thank god for timers and tripods). Because she was looking for the rustic, rural look we ended up back at Hopewell Furnace National Park.
I was lucky enough to have the opportunity to shoot my best friend from college, Ed and his beautiful fiancé, Caitlin, last weekend at Hopewell Furnace National Park. I had never been to Hopewell before but did a little research and we discovered it was exactly the look that they were going for.
It's also worth mentioning all of these shots were taken with a Carl Zeiss Otus 85/1.4 which I rented from BorrowLenses. This lens is so sharp it educes tears and so does it's price tag.
